Lexie, our 3 year old Chihuahua mix has also been poisoned. I just returned from Fetch animal hospital in Greenville, SC. Dr. Alexandra Allen is standing by to help with the investigation.

Lexie has been euthanized at the vets behest and much to our dismay. Lexie was super smart and didn't want to die. Her kidneys were ruined by the poison and she had ulcers in her mouth that were not going to heal. Shane Turner @ Animal House Vet in Clemson is assisting the investigation and "is positive she was poisoned" Her ulcers are so bad that she refused to eat bacon and EVEN A FILET MIGNON. She had not eaten for 4 days when she was euthanized and did not "have a last meal" She was too Miserable and only moaned and shook with uncontrollable body shakes. Imagine dying, hungry, confused and shaking uncontrollably, you don't want to go to sleep or even lay your head down, you have humans and a pack to take care of...SMH

I have an 8 minute video from over a year ago where she admits on camera and to Sgt Blackwell to "A poisoning regiment aimed at the local small wildlife ie: Racoons, Possums, Skunks, (100% ILLEGAL) because she "FOUND A RABIED ANIMAL ON HER PROPERTY." (Story has changed recently to: she received an email from DNR that there was a rabied animal in the area?!) Who does that? Not the DNR!

I check the fence line constantly (more on common sense below) and monitor the poison trays that I can see from my property daily. READ THIS CLEARLY: EVERY DAY FOR TWO YEARS. Any attempt to minimize the 24/7 365 timeline will be crushed and pulverized just like our plans to have family pets named Lexie, Reggie and Jeff Grey.

She planned this a long time ago and I suspect her google history will have evidence ie: morning glory, 2 types of poison composition. (crystals and non) other searches involving evasive poisoning techniques, etc.

​I have videos, too many to count of the booby traps, dishes with clear liquids and to go containers with "human food" on the "line", etc going back 2 years.

The only animal allowed to be poisoned "out of season" without a permit or free permit, is a mouse or rat. She altered the poison making it MORE ENTICING to cats and dogs by adding human food and ingredients to her poison concoction. Proving that she was not targeting Mice or rats. She never claimed to be targeting mice or rats in any of her admissions. This just locks her in to the admission to willing and planning to poisoning the local small wildlife. ie: racoons, skunks, possums etc.

When Sidney had permission to run down the open grass area to the creek towards the end of the polarization era she came up the hill once with a chunk of green rat poison that was larger than a golf ball and smaller than a tennis ball. I took it out of her mouth immediately and never allowed her to go over there again. I made this choice before she verbally started saying the dogs were not welcome. Common sense doesn't elude me as it does others.

This has been going on for almost 5 years! The #156 Incidents & counting listed below give a short description of "Hell on Earth"

I found Reggie Newton (sm orange) my beloved pet and brother to Jeff Grey what appeared to be asleep around 10 am. (My Mother passed away May 29 2024) and I was still not myself on 9/2 but attempted to get back to my passion which is woodworking. I have a full woodshop at my house and that day, after 3+ months away I decided to get back to it, approached my basement door where Reggie was laying on the sidewalk stretched out. He did not wake up or move as I approached which I found unusual, as he and his brother were very active juvenile kittens approximately 10 months old. He appeared perfectly normal except deceased. No life in his little body. Less than 20' away from where I found Reggie is where this concoction is 24/7 365! I called the police as I have been having an ongoing issue with a neighbor which I won't get into the details of in this paragraph (read below), other than the details the pertain to the/her "alleged" persistent attack on my pets; including leaving different concoctions they/she has/have intentionally prepared and left outside along the fence line where there is much heated action and debate. They/She have/has also booby trapped the area with many multiple sharpened wooden spikes, plastic spikes, METAL spikes, screws, nails, pins and the like. (Booby Traps)
The very next morning precious and adorable Jeff Grey was lethargic and not himself, we went straight to the Magnolia Pet Hospital in Anderson where they confirmed poisoning but could not go further without sending the ("suspected" poison) I have possession of and one or both of the kittens, to UGA to the tune of $1500-$3000! The cost is out of my hands at this time but I will get the evidence to the proper place to be analyzed, one way or another,

Our 37 Year History on Willow Ct.
We all have a story to share. Here's a short glimpse into our history. This whole neighborhood (Willow Wood) was built from nothing by my stepfather and a few of his investor friends. We have been her for 37 years and my Mom (deceased) raised my younger brother Mark Thomas Klein Jr. (deceased) in this duplex. We are the only Owner Occupiers in the neighborhood of renters. We have never had a single "neighbor problem" that warranted involving the police in the entire 37 years until now. We have seen literally hundreds of people come and go over the years. We have friends on the side, across and down the street directly from, "neighbor".
Satellite Dish Incident #1
This Incident has nothing to do with neighbor. This incident sets the stage for the procedure for cost and repair of the satellite wire when cut.
Each time the wire is cut the repair costs Around $400 between cost of the wire and the labor for the burial. The unspoken point of this is that the property line is 3-4 feet away from the satellite dish towards "neighbors". That being said "lawn service" should be nowhere near the satellite dish at any time.
How/when we met
Neighbor moved in approximately 2021.

The very first time she ever communicated with me, she lied.

Approximately 2 - 3 months after she moved in, "neighbor" disappeared for approximately 3 months and when she returned was when she left the 7 page letter on my door introducing herself and saying that she had been away having "hip surgery", this was stated in the letter we didn't actually speak.
​
Fast forward a few years and Sgt. Blackwell asked me one day if I thought that "her actions of acting like the victim was a pattern? I responded that i had no idea, how would we even be able to look that up? A couple weeks later I was waiting for an officer to arrive to document something and I googled her name and lawsuit at the end and came up with Hickory NC Lawsuit.
The point of all this is that the timing of the NC lawsuit was exactly the same time when she was missing for 3 months. Not that I care either way, the point is that SHE LIED for no reason. I could care less where she was but in the letter she made it a point to explain where she had been and not mentioning suing the city of Hickory, the actual place where she was. I will admit it if I'm wrong. I'm going all in.

First of All, my Mother was dying and I was taking care of her. I had been looking after her for years before Neighbor moved in. When things escalated and after the settlement with the city, she started with,"Mommy Mommy Mommy." She would say it randomly over the fence when I was minding my own business. It happened probably 6 times before I finally got these 2 incidents on video. I apologize for my reaction in the 2nd video but I had had enough of her sh**. Approximately 9/20 I was outside listening to the birds sing. I noticed the neighbor outside watering her shitty garden from the devils spawn himself and I also noticed Chris, his wife and older son outside as well. It was a sunny day. They were all talking amongst themselves and the boy was riding his bike and running around playing and having fun. Out of nowhere there was a VERY LOUD POP. Everyone including me immediately noticed a 20' burst of water shooting out of neighbors hose towards the sky and everyone laughed. *This is the part where AFTER talking to Chris and his wife it was revealed that Neighbor attempted to insinuate a gunshot. More to come one that.

2 days later AFTER I noticed that she got a new hose and was switching them out. I noticed the hose appear over the fence. I immediately called the CPD and made a report. Expecting neighbor to attempt to file a report saying that I damaged the hose.

You can see the "Birdhouse" is down. De escalating mode. Notice the Short piece of wood to the left of the woodshed. The spikes re appeared (Pics) right after I put this short piece of wood up. She told the judge at the failed RO hearing that the CPD "made me" put the piece of wood up.(LIe # 7/32)
